Return & Store Credit Policy

At Classy & Sassy Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to assist you with a return for store credit or an exchange under the following conditions.

Policy Conditions

·         7-Day Window: Returns must be initiated or brought back within 7 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

·         Unworn Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.

 

Store Credit Details

·         No Cash Refunds: All eligible returns are issued as store credit or direct item exchanges only.

·         No Expiration: Your store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

·         Digital delivery: Store credit will be issued via an [E-Gift Card / Voucher] sent to your email or phone number.

 

Exceptions & Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit:

·         Clearance & markdown

·         Intimates, undergarments, and swimwear

·         Personalized or custom-made pieces
